The service

Fancy VPN (“the service”) is provided by BAG-LAG, TOO, BIN 230340039627. By using the app you accept these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, attack other networks or devices, or share content that infringes others’ rights. Laws on VPN use differ between countries; you are responsible for using the service where it is allowed.

Free version and ads

The free version shows ads. After you watch a video ad in full, you can connect without ads for 10 minutes.

Subscription

The ad-free subscription is billed monthly through Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Google Play; access remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or work on every network. We may suspend access for users who break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the service or from its unavailability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
